Job summary

Hancock Claims Consultants is seeking RoofField Inspectors to join our nationwide contractor network. You will conduct assessments on steep and high roofs, evaluate exterior and interior damage, and perform underwriting property inspections using advanced technology.

Successful technicians possess safety, professionalism, empathy for insureds, and an entrepreneurial spirit. A reliable vehicle with a 32' ladder and a lidar-equipped device are required, along with MS Office proficiency; HAAG

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable Truck, Van or SUV with space for a 32' ladder.
• Must have a Lidar equipped device or the ability to obtain one (e.g., iPad Pro/iPhone 12 Pro or newer).
• Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office applications including Outlook and Teams.
• HAAG Certification is a plus.
• The ability to obtain required certifications to join our contractor pool.

Responsibilities

• Inspect steep and high roofs safely and assess exterior and interior damage.
• Conduct underwriting property inspections using our technology tools.
• Provide clear, professional communication with insureds and agencies.
• Help prevent further damage until permanent repairs are completed.
