J.R. & Co., Inc. in Denver, CO is seeking a Roofing Service Technician to join our veteran-owned, family-oriented construction team.

Start date is immediate; salary range is $50,000-$70,000 DOE, with weekly pay, and a phone stipend. You’ll install and service roofing systems, assess client needs, drive sales from leads, and coordinate with sales and management. The role requires OSHA 10, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Vast knowledge of roofing applications, systems and repair methods.
• Excellent customer relations skills for service and potential sales.
• Ability to assess potential customers’ roofing needs in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Assess potential customers’ roofing needs in a professional manner.
• Manage service assignments and customer expectations.
• Drive sales opportunities from incoming leads and generate new lead sources.
• Engage potential customers by offering roof inspections and distributing marketing materials.
• Coordinate and communicate service repair schedule adjustments to customers and management.
• Clock hours for service jobs and log jobs in Buildertrend.
• Complete work orders and submit orders for payment.
