Simon Roofing is seeking a Roofing Service Manager for commercial & industrial systems. You will perform hands-on repairs, provide evaluations, and oversee preventive maintenance with a field-focused role and some office work.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in commercial roofing or related construction experience.
• Basic computer knowledge including Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Ability to travel locally and work weekends/holidays in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on repairs and provide repair recommendations and PM for low slope roofing systems.
• Follow safety policies on site and while driving.
• Communicate clearly and persuasively; listen and respond to questions.
• Complete tasks on time; follow instructions and management direction.
• Drive a company vehicle to client buildings daily.
