Job summary

Technique Roofing Systems LLC is seeking a Service Foreman / Service Tech to lead a field crew on commercial roofing repairs and maintenance. You will own safety, quality, and documentation on every service call, while coaching technicians to diagnose and complete repairs correctly the first time.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in commercial roofing, proven crew leadership, and strong knowledge of EPDM/PVC/TPO/BUR/Modified Bitumen with a focus on zero OSHA incidents and high customer

Qualifications

4+ years of commercial roofing service experience.
Experience leading field crews for at least 2 years.
Strong knowledge of EPDM, PVC, TPO, BUR, Modified Bitumen, and low-slope metal.
Proven ability to diagnose complex roof leaks and identify effective repairs.
Track record of zero OSHA recordables and TRIR under 1.0.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Lead a service crew on day-to-day roofing service calls, repairs, and maintenance.
Ensure safety standards and proper PPE on every jobsite.
Document work, photos, and repair notes within 24 hours.
Identify additional repair opportunities and communicate with customers.
Develop service technicians and improve diagnostic skills.
Ensure high quality and productivity while meeting client expectations.
