CentiMark Corporation is seeking Roofing Service Forepersons for the Cedar Rapids area to lead a crew and deliver safe, high-quality roofing service.

The role involves supervising a team of 6–8, training personnel, and ensuring adherence to safety, service and quality standards on each project. Candidates should have roofing experience and be able to meet physical requirements and drug testing expectations.

ROOFING SERVICE FOREPERSON

Duties Include:

• Supervising and training a crew of 6 to 8 people.
• Ensure that the crew operates to optimize safety, service & quality measures.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in EPDM, TPO, PVC, Mod.Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs.
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Valid state driver’s license (in good standing).
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet.
• Able to work within a team environment.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Able to work Saturday and/or Sundays, if necessary.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a pre-employment Drug test.
