Job summary

CentiMark Corporation, the national leader in the commercial roofing industry, seeks a Roofing Service Foreman for the greater Jessup area. You will diagnose roof leaks, lead maintenance and small repairs, and manage paperwork and timesheets while upholding safety policies.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of commercial roofing experience, familiarity with EPDM, BUR, TPO, PVC and metal roof systems, and a valid driver’s license. Weekend/holiday work, travel and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

Minimum of two (2) or more years' experience in Commercial Roofing.
Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
Experience with EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs.
A valid state driver's license (in good standing); Have reliable transportation
Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out of town travel and overtime - as needed

Responsibilities

Diagnose commercial roof leaks and perform appropriate repairs.
Lead in roof maintenance and small repair jobs.
Responsible for paperwork, time sheets and ensuring CentiMark Safety Policies are followed
