Job summary

CentiMark Corporation, the national leader in the commercial roofing industry, is seeking an experienced Roofing Service Foreman in the greater Jessup area. Will diagnose leaks, lead in roof maintenance and small repairs, and manage paperwork and time sheets while ensuring CentiMark Safety Policies are followed.

This role offers year-round work, a strong backlog of work, competitive wages ($29/hr - $35/hr based on experience) and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) or more years’ experience in Commercial Roofing.
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Must have valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb ladders to heights of at least 25 feet.
• Willing to work weekends/holidays, travel out of town and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose commercial roof leaks and perform repairs.
• Lead in roof maintenance and small repair jobs.
• Manage paperwork and time sheets; ensure safety policies are followed.
