Job summary
CentiMark Corporation is the national leader in the commercial roofing industry and seeks an experienced Roofing Service Foreman for the greater Jessup area. The role involves diagnosing roof leaks and leading maintenance and small repairs while ensuring safety policies and paperwork are managed properly.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Commercial Roofing
- Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
- Experience with EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs
- A valid state driver's license (in good standing); Have reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
- Able to work weekends/holidays, out of town travel and overtime as needed
Responsibilities
- Diagnose commercial roof leaks and make repairs
- Lead roof maintenance and small repair jobs
- Responsible for paperwork, time sheets and ensuring safety policies are followed
