Job summary

CentiMark Corporation is seeking an experienced Roofing Service Foreman for the New Construction Division in the greater Fairfax area. The role offers year‑round work with a strong backlog and growth potential. Pay ranges from $28/hr to $35/hr based on experience.

The Foreman will diagnose leaks, lead maintenance and repair tasks, and oversee paperwork and safety adherence. Weekend work, travel, and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two or more years’ experience in commercial roofing.
• Ability to read blueprints and specs.
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Experience with EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs.
• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing);Have reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb ladders to heights.
• Able to work weekends and/or holidays, travel out of town, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle paperwork, interpret blueprints and specs, manage timesheets.

Job Summary: Will diagnose commercial roof leaks, make appropriate repairs and work with general contractors. Lead in roof maintenance & small repair jobs. Responsible for paperwork, interpreting blueprints and specs, timesheets and ensuring CentiMark Safety Policies are being followed.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of two (2) or more years’ experience in Commercial Roofing
• Ability to read blueprints & specs
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
• Experience with: EPDM, BUR, Foam, Acrylic, Shingles, TPO, PVC, Mod. Bit. & Metal Roof Repairs
• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing); Have reliable transportation
• Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out of town travel and overtime - as needed
