Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; construction training is a plus.
1+ year experience in home building, remodeling, or renovation markets.
Strong 4-function math skills and basic computer skills.
Excellent customer service and clear communication with customers and vendors.

Responsibilities

Assist Foreman in responding to service requests and reviewing work orders.
Maintain a clean, organized job site and perform site cleanups as needed.
Support with material prep, tool organization, and safety procedures.
Document findings during inspections and assist with scheduling and client communication.
Contribute to productivity improvements and comply with safety rules.
