In this field role you'll meet homeowners, inspect roofs for wind and hail damage, and guide through the insurance restoration process. Year 1 pay ranges from 70,000 to 100,000+ with uncapped commissions and weekly coaching.

Qualifications

• Competitive, coachable and self-motivated traits are required.
• Willingness to work outdoors on rooftops in all seasons.
• Experience in sales, construction, retail, customer service, hospitality, athletics, or military is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods.
• Inspect roofs for wind and hail damage.
• Guide homeowners through insurance claims and the restoration process.
• Deliver a professional, consultative customer experience from first contact to close.
