The Staff Pad is partnering with a fast-growing roofing company to hire Roofing Sales Representatives. Training is provided and leadership opportunities exist as you drive your own income through uncapped commissions.

This on-site role focuses on meeting homeowners, inspecting roofs, guiding clients through insurance and sales steps, closing deals, and building a referral network in a high-earning field.

Qualificações

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus (not required).

What You’ll Earn

• $70K–$80K Year 1
• $90K–$100K Year 2
• $110K+ Year 3
• Uncapped commission – top reps earn well above this. Potential to surpass listed ranges based on performance!
