Responsibilities

• Generate leads through company-provided and self-sourced efforts.
• Apply training and product knowledge to deliver high-converting sales appointments.
• Clearly communicate how services stand above the competition.
• Conduct property inspections following protocol.
• Build rapport with homeowners, even if they don’t buy.
• Use scripts to stay on-brand and consistent.
• Distribute marketing materials as directed by leadership.
• Hit weekly goals for contacts, inspections, and deals closed.
• Log activity and appointment notes accurately in systems.
• Upload inspection photos and documents promptly.
• Share feedback on customer sentiment and field trends.
• Represent the brand professionally and adhere to laws.
