Zoomin Groomin is seeking a CR3 American Exteriors Sales Personnel to meet with homeowners, inspect exteriors, present estimates, and build trust with clients. The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to educate customers on roofing and related exterior needs.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, and are willing to learn our CRM system.

Qualifications

• Meet homeowners to assess exterior needs and explain services.
• Must pass a basic random drug test.
• Must be 18+ with valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to climb ladders and inspect roofs safely.
• Strong communication and follow-up with clients.
• Willing to learn the CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners, perform exterior inspections, present estimates and create trust with our clients.
• Generate new leads through neighborhood outreach and referrals.
• Educate clients on roofing, siding, gutters, any exterior needs, financing, and insurance claims assistance
• Help prepare estimates but mostly guide customers through the rotation process.
• Build lasting customer relationships while delivering exceptional service.

As a CR3 American Exteriors Sales Personnel your job will consist of meeting with Homeowners, perform exterior inspections, present estimates and create trust with our clients.

Requirements

• Comfortable climbing ladders
• Able to inspect roofs safety with or without project manager on site
• Comfortable working all seasons
• Perform free roof inspections
• Confidence presenting Estimates to clients
• Have great communication skills
• Have basic smartphone and computer skills
• Willing to learn our CRM System
• Have positive attitude and be self-motivated
• Stay organized and follow with clients consistently
• Generate New Leads through neighborhood outreach and referrals.
