Shamrock Roofing & Construction is seeking a Roofing Sales Representative in Wichita, Kansas. This commission-only role (1099 Independent Contractor) includes paid training bonuses and a clear path to higher earnings as you close more projects.

What You’ll Sell

Residential roofing, gutter and siding repair and replacement for homeowners, much of it covered by insurance after storm damage.

How You’re Paid

• Project Manager in Training (first 20 claims): 25% commission on your first 5 completed projects, plus $125 for every insurance claim you file and $125 for every approved scope
• After training: 35% commission per project
• 40% commission after $250,000 in closed sales
• 50% commission after $500,000 in closed sales
• Company truck after $750,000 in closed sales
• There’s no base salary or hourly wage. You never pay a fee to join, and you don’t need to buy inventory, leads or a starter kit.
