Job summary

Shamrock Roofing & Construction is hiring a Roofing Sales Representative on a commission-only 1099 Independent Contractor basis. Training bonuses are paid while you learn, with a clear path to higher commissions and advanced roles.

What You’ll Sell

Residential roofing, gutter and siding repair and replacement for homeowners.

How You’re Paid

• Project Manager in Training (first 20 claims): 25% commission on your first 5 completed projects, plus $125 for every insurance claim you file and $125 for every approved scope
• After training: 35% commission per project
• 40% commission after $250,000 in closed sales
• 50% commission after $500,000 in closed sales
• Company truck after $750,000 in closed sales
• There’s no base salary or hourly wage. You never pay a fee to join, and you don’t need to buy inventory, leads or a starter kit.

You’ll Do Well Here If You’re

• Self-motivated, coachable and comfortable talking with homeowners
• Coming from sales, retail, restaurants, the military or sports, or new to sales and ready to learn
• Comfortable working outdoors, climbing a ladder and walking a roof

Requirements
