Job summary

Shamrock Roofing & Construction is seeking a Roofing Sales Representative on a commission-only basis. You will meet homeowners, inspect roofs, present proposals, and handle claims.

No experience needed; training bonuses offered and strong earning potential with tiered commissions and company-provided leads.

Qualifications

• 18 or older with a valid driver's license.
• A reliable vehicle that can carry a ladder (company trucks may be available to drivers 21+ with a clean driving record)
• A smartphone

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners through door-to-door outreach in local neighborhoods, plus referrals and company-provided leads (door-to-door outreach is a core part of the role)
• Inspect roofs, gutters and siding, and document any damage
• Walk homeowners through the insurance claim process
• Prepare and present project proposals
• Coordinate each project from signed agreement through completion and payment

What You’ll Sell

Residential roofing, gutter and siding repair and replacement for homeowners.

How You’re Paid

• Project Manager in Training (first 20 claims): 25% commission on your first 5 completed projects, plus $125 for every insurance claim you file and $125 for every approved scope
• After training: 35% commission per project
• 40% commission after $250,000 in closed sales
• 50% commission after $500,000 in closed sales
• Company truck after $750,000 in closed sales
• There's no base salary or hourly wage. You never pay a fee to join, and you don't need to buy inventory, leads or a starter kit.

You’ll Do Well Here If You’re

• Self-motivated, coachable and comfortable talking with homeowners
• Coming from sales, retail, restaurants, the military or sports, or new to sales and ready to learn
• Comfortable working outdoors, climbing a ladder and walking a roof
