Job summary

Vault Roofing is seeking motivated sales professionals to build a rewarding long-term career in roofing and home improvement sales. You will work on pre-scheduled in-home appointments with training and ongoing coaching, earning commissions and a base plus bonus during early months.

The role offers W-2 employment with benefits and paid time off, travel opportunities, and advancement from within. Strong negotiation and communication skills help you excel in this client-facing position.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work a 5 day work week; Saturdays mandatory.
• In home sales experience preferred but not required.
• Coachable, money motivated, and self-disciplined.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled in-home appointments weekly.

What you will do

• Conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled and confirmed in-home appointments per week -No cold calling or door knocking required
• Earn more commission for self-generated business
• Drive to pre-set appointments
• Complete a thorough two week training program with our dedicated sales training team
• Attend weekly sales meetings
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership

Rewards

• Base salary plus commission during the first 6 months. Fully commission after the first 6 month of employment.

Must Haves

• Must have reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work a 5 day work week between Monday-Saturday,Saturdays are mandatory
• In home sales experience is preferred but not required
• Is coachable and eager to learn
• Self disciplined and money motivated
• Proficient in using technology; laptop, mobile device, tablet etc.
• Outstanding negotiation and communication skills

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday appointments are scheduled at 10am, 2pm, 6pm
• Saturday appointments are scheduled at 10am, and 2pm.
