Job summary

Vault Roofing is expanding its residential roofing and exterior remodeling sales team. You will handle pre-scheduled in-home appointments and earn commissions based on performance, with a structured training program and ongoing coaching.

The role offers a base plus commissions during the first six months, with uncapped earning potential and travel opportunities. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and PTO as part of a W-2 position.

Qualifications

• In home sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Must have reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
• Is coachable and eager to learn.
• Self disciplined and money motivated.
• Proficient in using technology; laptop, mobile device, tablet etc.
• Outstanding negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled and confirmed in-home appointments per week.
• Earn more commission for self-generated business.
• Drive to pre-set appointments.
• Complete a two week training program with our sales training team.
• Attend weekly sales meetings.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.

What you will do

• Conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled and confirmed in-home appointments per week -No cold calling or door knocking required
• Earn more commission for self-generated business

• Complete a thorough two week training program with our dedicated sales training team
• Attend weekly sales meetings

Rewards

• Base salary plus commission during the first 6 months. Fully commission after the first 6 month of employment.

Must Haves

• Ability to work a 5 day work week between Monday-Saturday,Saturdays are mandatory
• In home sales experience is preferred but not required

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday appointments are scheduled at 10am, 2pm, 6pm
• Saturday appointments are scheduled at 10am, and 2pm.
