Istueta Roofing in Miami, FL is seeking a high-performing Sales Representative to join our in-home sales team serving South Florida homeowners. This role focuses on educating homeowners, presenting tailored roofing solutions, and closing deals with qualified leads.

We offer paid training with a $1,000/week guaranteed income for the first 12 weeks, a tiered commission structure up to 12%, and strong earning potential in a family-owned company with 40+ years in business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2C sales experience in a high-ticket environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Coachable, self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
• Positive energy and professional demeanor.
• Ability to lift 40–60 pounds when needed.
• Valid Driver's License with clean record.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
• Availability for evenings and Saturdays.
• Background check and motor vehicle record review per laws.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home roof inspections (attic, exterior, roof evaluations).
• Capture photos/videos documenting roofing conditions.

About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you will be in an in-home sales environment serving South Florida homeowners. This is not a cold-calling or door-knocking role. You'll meet with qualified leads, perform roof inspections, educate homeowners, present tailored solutions, and close deals.

This position is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives in face-to-face selling, values a structured process, and is motivated by high earning potential within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home roof inspections (attic, exterior, and roof evaluations)
• Capture photos and videos to document roofing conditions
• Educate homeowners on roofing issues, options, and replacement needs
• Present customized solutions and confidently close sales
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle
• Follow the company sales systems, processes, and appointment structure
• Participate in office-based training during initial onboarding

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2C sales experience required , including selling high-ticket products/services (average deal size of $20,000+)
• Home improvement or construction sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Coachable, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Positive attitude with high energy and professionalism
• Ability to lift and safely position a ladder; lift approximately 40-60 pounds
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
• Availability to run appointments in the evenings and on Saturdays
• Employment contingent on background check and motor vehicle record review, in accordance with applicable laws
