Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales — a core part of the role.
• Self-motivated, coachable, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation required (ladder); company trucks may be available for drivers 21+ with a clean MVR.
• Access to a cell phone.
• Able to climb a ladder, walk a roof, and lift up to 50 lbs.

This role combines outside sales with project management. Candidates must be comfortable with door-to-door sales — you'll generate your own business through canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach, in addition to company-provided leads, then manage each project from initial inspection through final payment.
