You will blend outside sales with hands-on project management, generating business through canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach while managing each roofing project from inspection to final payment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales—core to the role.
• Self-motivated, coachable, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation; ladder; company trucks may be available for drivers 21+ with clean MVR.
• Access to a cell phone.
• Able to climb a ladder, walk a roof, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

About the Role

This role combines outside sales with project management. Candidates must be comfortable with door-to-door sales — you'll generate your own business through canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach, in addition to company-provided leads, then manage each project from initial inspection through final payment. Roofing sales is a steady, year-round career in this market.
