Job summary

Stronghouse Ops seeks driven Independent Roofing Sales Contractors to build your own business with the backing of a trusted brand. You’ll lead from lead gen to close, using our systems and resources, while setting your own schedule and enjoying ongoing support.

You’ll be trained on products and processes and can grow income based on performance. This role is full-time contract and field-based, with the freedom to manage your pipeline.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and lead generation.
• Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented professionals who thrive on independence and results.
• Willing to learn and execute company standards and safety practices.
• Active LLC and EIN (or willing to obtain).
• Previous sales experience is a plus (but not required).

Responsibilities

• Generate your own leads through canvassing, referrals, and networking.
• Connect with homeowners and build lasting relationships.
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and guide them with confidence through the process.
• Manage your schedule and sales pipeline independently.
