Job summary

Stronghouse is seeking driven, professional Independent Roofing Sales Contractors to run their own business with the backing of a trusted brand. You’ll generate leads, manage your schedule, and close roofing projects, all while benefiting from marketing tools and support.

This full-time contract role is on the road, offering flexibility, uncapped earnings, ongoing training, and the chance to build lasting homeowner relationships through a proven system.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and lead generation.
• Motivated self-starters with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented professionals who thrive on independence and results.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Willing to learn and execute company standards.
• Able to climb ladders and safely navigate roofs.
• Active LLC and EIN (or willing to obtain).
• Previous sales experience is a plus (but not required).
