Job summary

Stronghouse Ops is seeking driven Independent Roofing Sales Contractors to build their own pipeline and run a mobile business with a trusted brand backing. You’ll generate leads, meet homeowners, educate on roofing solutions, and manage your own schedule from canvassing to project completion.

You'll enjoy total flexibility, ongoing support, and uncapped earning potential as you grow your business and income with a trusted roofing partner. This is a full-time contract position working on the road.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing and lead generation.
• Motivated self-starters with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented and thrives on independence and results.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Willing to learn and execute company standards.
• Able to climb ladders and safely navigate roofs.
• Active LLC and EIN (or willing to obtain).
• Previous sales experience is a plus (but not required).
