Residential Home Services is seeking a Roofing Sales Representative to drive growth through field-based, door-to-door and in-home sales. You will generate leads, inspect properties, present roofing and exterior solutions, and close deals with homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Canvassing: Knock doors in targeted neighborhoods, identify potential roofing or exterior service clients, generate leads and set appointments.
• Inspections & Consultations: Conduct roof and exterior inspections and educate homeowners on damage, wear, repair needs, insurance opportunities and available solutions.
• Sales & Closing: Present proposals, guide homeowners through the decision process, handle objections and close deals confidently.
• Pipeline Management: Manage projects from first contact through inspection to close, follow up with prospects and maintain deal flow.
