Job summary

Southern Roofing and Rennovations is hiring full-time Sales Representatives in the United States, Arkansas area. You will canvass neighborhoods, engage homeowners, and drive interest in roofing, remodeling, and repair services. A vehicle stipend and logo gear are provided, along with a robust benefits package.

Hours are Monday–Friday 10:00 am–7:00 pm, with occasional Saturdays. Average earnings exceed $100,000 per year with uncapped commissions; travel to neighborhoods and local offices is part

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit is required.
• Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly.
• Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• canvass neighborhoods and engage with potential customers to generate interest in roofing, remodeling, and restoration services.
• Work independently, manage time effectively, and solve problems to close deals.
• Explain services, book appointments, and track progress to improve closing rates.
