Job summary

Southern Roofing and Renovations is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to canvas neighborhoods, engage homeowners, and drive sales of roofing, remodeling, and restoration services. You will work independently, managing time and solving problems to close more deals.

Expect performance-based earnings with uncapped commissions; average earnings over $100,000 per year. A vehicle stipend and logo gear accompany a strong benefits package, with health, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, PTO, 401(k)

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit.
• Physical ability to walk and climb ladders.
• Willingness to travel to neighborhoods and local offices.

Responsibilities

• canvass neighborhoods and engage potential customers and increase interest in roofing, remodeling and restoration services.
• Work independently with strong time management and problem‑solving to close more deals.
• Explain to homeowners how we can help and encourage booking a service.
• Track sales progress and adjust strategies to improve closing results.
