Job summary

Southern Roofing and Rennovations is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to canvass neighborhoods around Jeffersontown, KY, and promote roofing, remodeling and restoration services. You will engage homeowners, identify needs, and drive service bookings.

Qualifications

18+ years of age
Valid driver's license
Good driving record
Ability to obtain a solicitation permit
Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly
Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed

Responsibilities

canvass different neighborhoods around the area to attract customers for roofing, remodeling and restoration services
engage with homeowners, learn about their remodeling needs, and book services
work independently and manage time effectively to close more deals
explain service options and benefits to customers and track progress toward targets
perform roof inspections to assess needs and opportunities for upgrades
