The Staff Pad partners with a leading roofing company to recruit motivated Roofing Sales Representatives for the Greenville, SC team. This high-income, field-based role offers uncapped commissions, comprehensive training, and strong support to help you grow.

No roofing experience is required; training is provided. You’ll meet homeowners, conduct roof inspections, and guide clients through insurance and sales processes while building a robust sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Must be able to meet with homeowners and generate new business.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to learn roofing and insurance processes.
• Self-motivated with a client-focused mindset.
• Prior field sales or door-to-door experience preferred.
