Qualifications

• No sales or construction experience needed – full training provided.
• Midday, evening, and weekend availability.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel to in-home appointments.
• Must be able to safely ascend, descend ladders per safety procedures (max 375 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-confirmed appointments and deliver in-home presentations.
• Conduct product demos and measurements using provided software.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet homeowners’ needs.
• Start days with team meetings to strategize and plan outreach.
