Job summary

Erie Home is hiring Sales Representatives to close deals with pre-qualified leads and paid training, offering uncapped commissions and weekly pay. You will work with pre-set appointments and deliver in-home roofing presentations to customers nationwide.

With rapid growth and internal promotion opportunities, earnings potential ranges from $125,000 to $250,000+ per year, plus a $3,000 quick start bonus as you begin building success.

Qualifications

• No sales or construction experience required; we provide full training.
• Midday, evening, and weekend availability.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to in-home appointments.
• Must be able to safely ascend/descend ladders with max 375 lbs (person + tools).
• Attend pre-set, pre-qualified, one-call-close appointments for our roofing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Start your day with a team meeting to strategize and prepare.
• Attend pre-confirmed appointments starting between 1 pm and 7:30 pm.
• Conduct in-home sales presentations and product demos.
• Use software for precise measurements.
• Assess damage via ladder or attic inspections; no roof access required.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet homeowner needs.
