Erie Home is hiring Sales Representatives to safeguard homes with expert roofing solutions. Earn from a proven process with pre-qualified leads and paid training, supporting a fast track to management as the company grows nationwide.

Expect uncapped commissions with weekly pay and an average earnings of $125,000 to $250,000 annually, including a $3,000 quick start during early intervals. Medical, dental, vision, life, and 401k benefits are included for a W-2 employee.

Qualifications

• No sales or construction experience required – we provide full training.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.
• Must be able to travel to in-home appointments and work a midday/evening/weekend schedule.
• Comfort with traveling and meeting homeowners for in-home presentations.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-confirmed appointments and present roofing solutions.
• Close deals and negotiate terms to meet homeowners’ needs.
• Use sales software for appointments, measurements, and quotes.
• Assess damage via in-home inspections and explain benefits to homeowners.
