Shamrock Roofing & Construction in Omaha, NE is seeking a Roofing Sales Representative – Project Manager (1099). This role blends outside sales with hands-on project management, requiring comfort with door-to-door canvassing and storm outreach.

You will build a pipeline of customers, manage each job from inspection to final payment, and advance from Sales Rep to Project Manager based on performance. Training pay exists and earnings potential is strong, with commissions scaling as you close more

Competenze

• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales as a core part of the role.
• Self-motivated, coachable, disciplined and goal-oriented.
• Reliable vehicle capable of carrying a ladder; company trucks may be available for drivers 21+ with a clean MVR.
• Able to climb a ladder, walk a roof and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage several projects at once.

Mansioni

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals and storm outreach.
• Inspect roofs, gutters and siding, and walk homeowners through their options.
• File and manage insurance claims.
• Prepare, present and close roofing contracts.
• Collect payment and manage each project from contract to completion.
