Best Choice Roofing is seeking Weather Damage experts / Sales Representatives to join our team in Rincon, GA. You will respond to warm leads, conduct roof inspections, guide homeowners through restoration options, and generate new business with canvassing.

Training is provided, with earnings typically ranging from $63k to $120k annually after training. We value teamwork, ongoing development, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service background is a plus
• Valid driver27s license with reliable vehicle
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to climb ladders and inspect roofs
• Comfortable with outdoor work and lifting up to 50 lbs
• 40 hours of daytime availability weekly, Saturdays often required

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm sales leads by visiting homeowners and inspecting roofs
• Guide customers through restoration process and provide funding options
• Generate new leads by canvassing neighborhoods and door knocking
• Travel to storm-damaged areas to assess roofs
• Present findings to homeowners as a technical advisor
• Coordinate with insurance companies and adjusters
• Obtain agreements for roof restoration services
• Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in team communication
