Job summary

Shamrock Roofing & Construction in the Kansas City metro is seeking a Project Manager who will own the full sales and project lifecycle—from generating leads and inspecting roofs to closing deals, managing installations, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This W-2 role offers a guaranteed annual draw of $15,080 while you build your pipeline. Commission is 35% on company-provided leads and 50% on self-generated leads, with uncapped earning potential as earnings grow.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to prospect via door-to-door or networking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for homeowner interactions.
• Willingness to climb ladders and inspect roofs, gutters, and siding.
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and community networking.
• Conduct roof, gutter, and siding inspections and document damage.
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and insurance claims process.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
• Manage projects from signed contract through completion and serve as main contact.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely, quality results.
• Collect payments and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to drive referrals and long-term relationships.
