Shamrock Roofing & Construction is seeking a Project Manager in Lee's Summit, MO to own the full sales and project lifecycle. You will generate leads, inspect properties, educate homeowners on roofing and insurance, and close sales while coordinating with production teams to ensure quality results.

This W-2 draw against commission role offers a strong income floor with a 31,200 annual draw and 35%/50% commission on leads, plus opportunities for advancement and company-backed support.

Qualifications

• Experience in door-to-door sales or field sales highly preferred.
• Ability to generate leads and manage a sales pipeline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with discipline and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, storm outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct roof, gutter, and siding inspections and document damage.
• Educate homeowners on roofing, insurance claims, and Shamrock's services.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
• Manage projects from contract to completion as main point of contact.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely, quality work.
• Collect payments and maintain project documentation.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to drive referrals and repeat business.
