Job summary

Southern Roofing and Renovations is seeking a motivated Sales Representative in Memphis, TN to grow our residential roofing, remodeling and restoration business. You will canvass neighborhoods, engage homeowners, and book services while working independently with strong time-management and problem-solving skills.

Typical earnings are performance-based with first-year ranges of $70k–$100k and potential for $100k+ in year two.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit.
• Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices.
• This role covers the Mid-South area, including North MS and Southwest TN.

Responsibilities

• canvass neighborhoods to engage potential customers and raise interest in roofing, remodeling and restoration services.
• Work independently with strong time-management and problem-solving skills to close deals.
• Explain service options to homeowners and encourage booking of service.
• Track progress and adjust sales strategies to increase close rates.
