Job summary

Shamrock Roofing & Construction is seeking a Roofing Sales Project Manager (1099 Independent Contractor) in Northwest Arkansas. The role blends outside sales with project management, requiring you to canvass for leads and manage projects from inspection to final payment.

You’ll earn commission-based pay with potential between $70,000 and $150,000 per year and participate in a structured training program. A supportive team environment and bonus incentives accompany hands-on construction

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver's license.
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales; core part of the role.
• Self-motivated, coachable, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation; company trucks may be available for drivers 21+ with a clean MVR.
• Access to a cell phone.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach.
• Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding, and educate homeowners on options.
• Prepare, present, and close roofing contracts.
• Collect payment.
• Manage each project from contract to completion.
