Shamrock Roofing & Construction in Omaha, NE seeks a Roofing Sales Project Manager as a 1099 independent contractor. You will generate your own leads, inspect properties, and manage roofing projects from contract to completion while earning commissions and bonuses.

The role combines outside sales with hands-on project management, offering potential earnings in a wide annual range as you grow business and close contracts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver\'s license.
• Comfortable with door-to-door sales — core to the role.
• Self-motivated, coachable, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation (company trucks may be available for drivers 21+ with clean MVR).
• Access to a cell phone.
• Able to climb a ladder, walk a roof, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and multi-project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach.
• Inspect roofs, gutters, and siding; educate homeowners on options.
• Prepare, present, and close roofing contracts; collect payments.
• Manage each project from contract to completion.
