Job summary

Shamrock Roofing & Construction is seeking a Roofing Sales Project Manager (1099 Independent Contractor) in Northwest Arkansas. The role blends outside sales with project management, requiring you to canvass for leads and manage projects from inspection to final payment.

About The Role

This role combines outside sales with project management. Candidates must be comfortable with door-to-door sales — you'll generate your own business through canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach, in addition to company-provided leads, then manage each project from initial inspection through final payment. Roofing sales is a steady, year-round career in this market.
