Discount Roof Inc is seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead our Valparaiso-based roofing sales team and drive revenue growth. You will mentor reps, set targets, and align efforts with production and operations to ensure seamless project handoffs.

Responsibilities include in-home and on-site consultations, leverage networking and referrals for lead generation, and stay ahead of industry trends to outperform quotas in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales management experience, preferably in roofing or home improvement.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas and develop a team.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of roofing sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets
• Generate and manage residential and commercial roofing leads through networking, canvassing, and referrals
• Conduct in-home and on-site sales consultations, estimates, and presentations
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
• Monitor sales pipeline, track KPIs, and report performance metrics to leadership
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure seamless project handoffs
• Stay current on roofing products, industry trends, and competitor offerings

Requirements:

• 2+ years of sales management experience, preferably in roofing, construction, or home improvement
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools is a plus
