Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential roofing sales experience.
• Proven earnings and sales numbers you can back up.
• Comfortable inspecting and measuring roofs.
• Insurance claim and storm restoration experience is a strong plus.
• Experience selling with financing.
• Willingness to start as a producer before moving into management.
• Experience training or leading reps is a strong plus.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and getting on roofs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

You’ll start by running appointments and selling. As the division grows, you’ll have the opportunity to build and lead your own team of reps and eventually run an entire roofing office.
