Qualifications

• 3+ years of roofing or home-services full-cycle sales.
• Comfortable self-sourcing - not fed-leads.
• Memphis-local with revenue ownership and local network is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Self-generate leads through networking, referrals, and the six-pack method.
• Run inspections, estimates, and closes - full cycle.
• Coordinate install handoff with in-house production.
• Build a referral motion to create recurring deal flow.
