Job summary

Trinity Solar is seeking an Home Improvement Sales Consultant to close warm leads and grow revenue in residential solar and roofing solutions. You will respond to inbound inquiries, conduct discovery calls, and tailor presentations to homeowner needs, with uncapped commissions and a strong training program.

Qualifications

• Inside or outside sales experience preferred.
• Real Estate, Roofing, Home Improvement, Construction, Remodeling, BDR/SDR experience strongly desired.
• Ability to self-generate leads and manage a pipeline.
• Competitive mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Strong phone skills and in-home presentation ability.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and virtual meeting tools.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Cell phone with data plan.

• Ability to access attics and roof areas to check for solar panel compatibility.
