Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Willing to prospect and generate new business.
• Must be comfortable with door-to-door canvassing.
• Organized with strong follow-up with customers.
• Coachable and eager to learn Summit's sales process.
• Roofing experience not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through canvassing, referrals, networking, and other prospecting activities.
• Follow up on company-provided opportunities.
• Meet homeowners and conduct roof assessments.
• Identify roofing needs and present solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals.
• Explain roofing and insurance restoration process when applicable.
• Follow up with prospects and customers through the sales cycle.
• Maintain customer and sales data in the CRM.
• Coordinate with production and office teams as projects move toward completion.
• Represent Summit Roofing professionally in the field and community.
