Heritage Roofing & Construction is seeking a Home Improvement Sales Consultant in Round Rock, TX. This W-2 role offers paid training, experienced leadership, and uncapped earning potential.

You will prospect, inspect roofs, identify storm-related damage, and assist homeowners with insurance claims while building lasting customer relationships. We provide hands-on coaching, a CRM, and support from an established local company with over 14 years in Texas.

Competenze

• Self-motivated and goal-driven with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and be coached; capable of handling rejection.
• Valid driver's license and access to a pickup truck or ability to obtain one within 60 days.

Mansioni

• Generate new business through door-to-door prospecting and referrals.
• Meet homeowners, perform roof inspections and identify storm-related damage.
• Assist homeowners with insurance claims process and build referral relationships.
• Manage sales pipeline and work toward set sales goals.

NO SALES OR ROOFING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

We provide paid training, hands-on field coaching, experienced sales leadership, and the tools you need to succeed. We're looking for people with drive, ambition, and a willingness to learn.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Generate new business through door-to-door prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Meet with homeowners and perform roof inspections.
• Identify storm-related damage and help homeowners navigate the insurance claims process.
• Build customer relationships and generate referral business.
• Manage your sales pipeline and work toward sales goals.
• Coordinate with adjusters, customers, and production teams.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
• Strong work ethic and hunter mentality.
• Coachable, dependable, and comfortable talking to new people.
• Valid driver's license.
• Pickup truck required or ability to obtain one within 60 days.
• Comfortable working on roofs and at heights.
• Sales and project management experience are a plus, not requirements.
