Job summary

Erie Home is hiring for a field sales role in the Syracuse area. You will meet in the morning to plan, then travel to pre-booked home appointments for in-home demonstrations using our digital tools. No roof walking required; ladder or attic inspections are part of visits.

Elite paid training is provided, and transportation must be reliable. The position offers 100% commission with W-2 benefits, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, paid family leave, and a company-matched 401(k).

Qualifications

• No experience required – we provide elite, paid training.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility for midday, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to safely climb a ladder.
