Job summary

Erie Home is seeking a results-driven in-home sales rep to meet with a local team each morning, then drive to pre-booked appointments to demonstrate products in customers’ homes. You will use our digital tools for in-home demos and inspect from a ladder or attic while avoiding roof work.

Role offers elite paid training, a 100% commission structure with W-2 benefits, and opportunities to earn $85k-$135k in the first year, with top reps earning well beyond that.

Qualifications

• No experience required – elite, paid training provided.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility for midday, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to safely climb a ladder.
