Job summary

Erie Home in Rochester, MN seeks a motivated sales representative to close pre-set, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners. You show up and close the deal, backed by a 100% uncapped commission structure. Top reps earn over $250K, with average first-year reps at $85K-$135K.

You will meet with the team in the morning to strategize, drive to pre-booked afternoon/evening appointments, and use our digital software for in-home demos. Inspect from a ladder or attic—no roof walking.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
